How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Priority Shipping - $4.95 USA, $14.95 international (Additional $5 - U.S., $12 - international per pair of shoes)

If you select Priority shipping your order will take approximately 2-3 business days once the order has shipped.  See above shipping time frames.

Express Shipping - $30 USA, $40 international (Additional $5 - U.S., $12 - international per pair of shoes)

In Stock men's suits - Shipped same day as ordered if order is placed before 12 Noon (CT) Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 Noon will be shipped the next business day.

Women's regular fabric, ALL specialty fabrics and embellished suits - Shipped via Express shipping ONCE the suit has been sewn and is ready to ship (2 to 6 weeks according to above shipping guidelines)

Rush/Express Shipping - $80 USA, $90 international (Additional $5 - U.S., $12 - international per pair of shoes)

If you need ANY suit sooner than the above shipping dates there will be a $50 rush fee in addition to express shipping charges. There are no exceptions to this. If the rush/express fee is not selected your suit order will be processed within the above shipping time frames. Please put your competition date in the comment section so we know when you need your suit.

ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED AS A WHOLE ORDER. IF PART OF YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A SUIT THAT HAS TO BE SEWN BEFORE IT IS READY TO SHIP, YOUR ENTIRE ORDER WILL SHIP ACCORDING TO THAT SUIT’S SHIPPING GUIDELINES. IF YOU WANT ANY OF YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED EARLIER, YOU MUST PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER FOR THOSE ITEMS.

  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item or see our Shipping Guidelines for more detailed information. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
